Cory, I believe it is the fear of the unknown, or as you put it, the lack of knowledge that has created the fear we all share. Our world today is filled with extreme ideas from extremist groups of people who have been lumped together with any other person of the same or similar religion, nationality, or country. It is heartbreaking to see how we react to the actions of others by condemning the innocents as well as the guilty. Continued prayer, helping others, and a constant search for understanding of what we do know and more knowledge of that which we do not. God bless you on your adventure.
